Free tier is intended for everyday personal and professional use. Day and Project Passes add headroom for heavier browser sessions, but automated or high-volume commercial use needs written permission.

Fair use
Don't break things on purpose
Don't run automated scripts that bypass rate limits, don't try to attack other users, and don't upload files that you don't have the right to process.
Your content
You own what you upload
We don't claim any rights in the files you process. Local tools never see your file at all. Server and AI tools process and delete it as described in our privacy notes.
As-is
No warranty
The tools are provided as-is without warranty of any kind. Always keep an original copy of important files before processing.
Liability
Use at your own risk
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for the free tools is limited to the amount you paid us — which for the free tier is zero.
Changes
We may update these terms
If we change anything material, we'll update this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
