How to use it
Good for
Extract PDF pages when you need a subset of a longer document delivered as its own standalone PDF. Common scenarios include pulling the signature page from a contract so you can forward it without sharing the rest of the agreement, isolating a single chapter from a technical manual for a colleague who only needs that section, extracting the summary page from a financial statement before attaching it to an email, and separating a cover letter from an attached resume so each document can be filed or forwarded independently. Unlike splitting — which divides every page into separate output files or groups — extraction produces one output PDF containing only the pages you specify, in the order you specify them. Because the tool runs entirely in the browser with pdf-lib, source PDFs and the extracted output never leave your device, which matters for confidential contracts, client reports, medical records, and anything else you would not want to upload to a third-party service.
