For free, you can merge up to 10 PDFs at a time, with a combined size of up to 200 MB. A Day Pass or Project Pass raises that to 50 PDFs, with a combined size of up to 1 GB. Very large PDFs also depend on your device's memory, so compressing them first or splitting the job into two batches can help.
Page content is preserved as-is. Document-level metadata such as bookmarks, outlines, and form fields may be flattened in the merged output. Save your originals if you need to keep editable forms.
Yes. Everything this tool does is free. On some tools, a Day or Project Pass raises the file-size and batch limits if you need more.
